Job Description

A highly-rated boutique US immigration law firm is currently seeking a full-time, immigration paralegal to work remotely. You will receive training on the ethos and objectives of the firm but the role requires a candidate who can "hit the ground running", work independently and exercise independent judgement in achieving assigned objectives.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Must have strong organisational skills; Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritise workload; Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision; Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills; Managing the immigration process, keeping track of immigration expiration dates and notifying attorneys; Must possess excellent computer skills, including Adobe and Microsoft Excel.
Minimum formal requirements:

- 3 years + full-time immigration experience at a US law firm

- Experience in processing family visas including but not limited to; IR and CR categories, and Naturalization (forms DS-160, DS-260, I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-751, I-864 and N-400)
