Us Investment Visa Lawyer
Job Description
D&A is looking for an exceptional US investment immigration lawyer experienced with US E2 visas and new office L1 visas to help us meet rising client demand. Aa a global leader within our firm this position can be based in our locations in London or Singapore.
While not required, experience with EB5 source of funds documentation work is also desirable.
This position will also lead our firm's professional US legal team in either London or Singapore and can be supported by two junior lawyers/trainees in London. The position will also work closely with the head of our firm's E2 and new office L1 visa practice in the US together with our lawyers in America and Asia.
D&A also maintains a strong business development and marketing team to support our lawyers in growing their practices. While based in London our marketing/BD team also have team members in Vietnam, India, Italy and Argentina.
Although knowledge of any particular language is not required knowledge of Hindi or Vietnamese would be helpful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-80,000.00 per year
