Summary

We are seeking a USA 2026 Camp Councillor to join our dynamic team at HYPE. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and engaging with children during camp activities, ensuring a positive and enriching experience. Your contributions will be vital in helping shape the future of our campers.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in various camp activities. Create a safe and inclusive environment for all campers. Plan and implement educational and recreational programs. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff. Manage group dynamics to foster teamwork and cooperation. Provide leadership and support to junior staff members.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated leadership abilities in group settings. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
