About the Role:

Used Car Sales Manager at MINI

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the used car sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Develop pricing strategies, stock plans, and advertising Monitor performance KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to streamline the customer journey

You Bring:

Proven success in a sales management role (automotive industry experience needed) Strong leadership and team-building skills A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering results Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence
