We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Used Car Sales Assistant to join our team and help us continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the selection and purchase of used vehicles based on their needs and preferences
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering expert advice and guidance
Support the sales team in preparing vehicles for display, ensuring they are clean, well-presented, and ready for sale
Manage the online advertising of vehicles, ensuring accurate listings across various platforms (AutoTrader, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
Create compelling vehicle descriptions and upload high-quality photos to online platforms
Monitor the performance of online listings and adjust advertising strategies to maximize visibility and sales
Manage customer paperwork, including contracts, payments, and vehicle registrations
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide informed recommendations
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (automotive experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Experience with online advertising and using online sales platforms (preferred)
A passion for cars and the automotive industry
Full UK driving license
