Junction 17 Cars is looking for a Used Car Sales Controller to join our fast expanding business. You will need to be able to work in a very fast pace environment, attention to detail is key and you will need to have amazing people skills that will not falter under pressure. You will need to have problem solving skills and an outstanding can do attitude in order to be able to motivate a strong sales team. If you are enthusiastic and have the right skills and feel like you are ready to take the next step in your career then you may be the right candidate.

You will be responsible for maximising the branch's F&I profit based on individual suitability and requirements, appropriate funding and insurance options for customers. This will be achieved through a successful and positive mindset, perfect organisational skills and a professional manner. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a used car finance role.

Day-to-day duties

Ensuring company processes and procedures are followed, from enquiry to handover. Maximising profit per unit; Chassis, F&I profit, and accessory profit. Setting up customer finance and insurance products Delivering sales targets Ensuring that the customer experience is first class. You will also monitor finance and insurance performance against expectation, whilst maintaining a compliant sales process Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given when negotiating a vehicle sale

Experience needed

Sales experience; must have a proven track record. Previous experience in used car finance is needed Full UK driving licence High standards of organisational, admin and paperwork skills FCA compliance knowledge Interpersonal skills are a must to be successful in this role. Possess good negotiation skills and have the ability to tailor presentations to individual customer needs.

Salary

OTE 70,000 per annum

Working days

Monday - Sunday with one and two days off in the week on a fortnightly basis.
