What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming and guiding customers through the buying journey Using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs Presenting finance, warranty, paint, and ceramic products confidently Working toward (and exceeding) monthly sales targets and KPIs Building long-lasting relationships that lead to repeat business Collaborating with a friendly and professional team to hit shared goals
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of car sales experience

(Motor Trade essential) A confident, customer-focused approach with great people skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and optimistic mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-led environment Excellent negotiation and closing abilities A true team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Full UK driving licence required
