Used Car Sales Executive

to join our successful sales team. With over 50 years in the motor trade, SDM is a trusted name in the Central Belt of Scotland, offering a professional yet friendly working environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone Listening to customers' needs and recommending suitable used car options Demonstrating vehicles and arranging test drives Guiding customers through the sales process from enquiry to handover Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets each month Staying up to date with product knowledge, stock levels, and finance offers Ensuring compliance with FCA and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in car sales (used car experience preferred) Target-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence is essential Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
