The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to engage customers and close deals effectively. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact through to final sale, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
Utilize outside sales techniques to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Conduct negotiations to finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving dealership goals.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and following up with leads through various communication channels.
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in inventory management, ensuring that vehicles are well-presented and available for sale.
Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer's purchase experience.
Experience
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
