We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong background in sales, particularly in B2B environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and the capability to engage with customers effectively. Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our customer service experience.
Responsibilities
Ensuring deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits to the dealerships.
Be the key point of contact for the customers during this exciting experience of buying their car.
Get the service right first time and every time.
Previous experience in any form of customer service or sales background.
Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car.
Work a variety of flexible patterns (which can typically include weekends) to ensure the highest possible levels of service to customers.
Person Specification
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
Good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A full and valid UK driving license.
Attend assessment centre as per need.
