Uxbridge Motoring Centre is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will support the sales team in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting automotive products and services tailored to their needs. Provide detailed product knowledge and answer customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Support the sales team by maintaining a clean and organized showroom. Keep track of inventory levels and update records as needed. Assist with processing sales transactions and handling payment procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in promotional events and provide input on marketing initiatives. Provide general support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department. Requirements: Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service (automotive knowledge is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic, customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (familiarity with sales or inventory software is beneficial). Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
