We are looking for someone to manage our part exchange clearance centre in Blackburn site holds 50 units PRICE RANGE UPTO 3000 all of the stock comes from our 4 retail sites and you would be responsible for selling and managing the site MON-SAT every week

Duties
Manage the entire used car sales process, from inventory acquisition to final sale, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to optimise performance through coaching and training programmes.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including upselling techniques to maximise profit margins.
Maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and establish new business partnerships within the automotive industry.
Utilise CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress efficiently.
Oversee vehicle pricing, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers.
Ensure all vehicles are accurately described and presented to meet dealership standards.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with customers and partners.
Organise inventory management, vehicle inspections, and documentation processes seamlessly.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management within the automotive industry or a similar sector.
Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant digital tools for sales tracking and reporting.
Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to enhance revenue streams.
A valid driving licence is essential for overseeing vehicle movements and inspections.
A proactive attitude with the ability to lead a team confidently whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
