The role will include

Reporting into the Head of Business, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the department, the financial performance of the Used Car Department at Cardiff Audi along with meeting the Brand Targets they will be responsible for the coaching and development of the team, and the relationship of the department within the wider business and group as a whole.

Providing clear leadership, motivation and development for your team Manage a team that provides an excellent experience for each customer maintaining customer satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty Responsible for achieving departmental targets and managing stock Responsible for achieving financial objectives of volume targets and margin Achieving consistent Brand compliance Ensuring you and your team achieve FCA compliance Demonstrating consistent operational conformance to regulatory process Being committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
In order to be successful for this position, you will

Have a proven track record in sales management, within the Motor Industry Be able to implement marketing initiatives to maximise sale and profits Have knowledge of FCA regulations and consumer credit regulations Have a proven track record of delivering an outstanding sales performance Can demonstrate a high level of performance when coaching and managing a team You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a Transaction Manager or Business Manager role within a main dealer environment.
