We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and driven Sales Manager to lead the daily operations of our dealership. We The successful candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, and customer service.
Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures of the dealership.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of presentation for both staff and showroom environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, finance companies, and suppliers.
Monitor stock levels, order vehicles, and manage inventory effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal requirements.
Provide training, support, and regular performance reviews for team members.
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in car sales management or a similar dealership leadership role.
A self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent organisational skills.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and mentor a team.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Highly professional, well-presented, and committed to delivering a premium customer experience.
Full UK driving licence.
