As a Used Car Manager for Audi you will have ultimate responsibility for the overall performance of our used vehicles. You will be a hands on leader supporting the dealership with day-day running which will include; buying, marketing, stock-turn and gross profit.
You will be heavily involved in stock, purchasing, pricing, marketing, presentation and ensuring that our customers receive the excellent service that they have come to expect. For this role, you will need to be process driven; it is important to ensure that process across all areas of your business are adhered to which will ensure we remain FCA compliant.
Day to day, you will be on the shop floor, interacting with your colleagues and driving results with your strong leadership experience and ability to motivate. Ensuring a strong working relationship with our brand partners is key in this role.
This role offers autonomy to shape your own used car business and run the business as if it was your own. You should be comfortable with managing change when needed and introducing new ways of working as you deem appropriate.

It is essential that the successful candidate have previous experience of working within used cars.
Experience of running a 140+ (monthly) unit sales used car business.
Hands-on in your approach and be able to buy stock, market and be a deal generator.
You should be well versed with writing budgets and be able to easily interpret monthly and annual P&L accounts.
A people leader you will have extensive experience of managing a sales team within the motor industry.
You should be a high achiever in the motor industry.
Entrepreneurial in nature driven by success.
