Monday Friday with alternative weekends and a day off every week

About the role...

This is an opportunity for an experienced and high-performing automotive sales manager to lead the used car sales department for the prestigious Land Rover brand at Hatfields' Liverpool dealership.


We're looking to recruit a commercially aware leader capable of managing a sales team to achieve profitability targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be accountable for:

The day-to-day management of the used car sales department. Delivering on sales and profitability targets set for the department. Managing, mentoring, and developing the sales team. Identifying and addressing the training needs of your team members. Developing and implementing effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Creating and communicating a clear sales action plan to the team.
You should demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Proven experience managing a high achieving sales team within the relevant industry. Commercial awareness and a good understanding of market trends & manufacturer initiatives Experience working in a high volume fast paced environment Experience working in a prestige retailer Ability to Identify training and development needs within the team * Ability to develop a sales action plan and communicate targets effectively to the team
