We are currently seeking an experienced and driven
Used Car Sales Manager
to take control of ourbusy sales site
. This is a leadership role focused on managing incoming leads, overseeing customer appointments, directing the sales team, and ensuring the yard runs like clockwork.Key Responsibilities
Manage all
sales leads and customer viewings
efficientlyDirect and support
our team of salespeople on a daily basis Organise and maintain thepresentation and flow of the sales yard
Deliver a high standard of customer experience from first enquiry to handover Report performance and activity directly to senior managementRequirements
Experience in the motor trade is essential
Confident leading and motivating a sales team Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude Excellent customer service and communication abilities A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence requiredWhat We Offer
