We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales & Marketing Executive to manage the listing and promotion of our vehicles online, while also contributing to customer service and vehicle preparation. This is a varied and hands-on role requiring someone with high standards and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Photograph and list used vehicles on platforms such as AutoTrader, eBay, and our company website Produce short video walkarounds, speaking confidently on camera to highlight car features and selling points Monitor and adjust advertising to maximise exposure and lead generation Track progress on vehicles being prepared for sale, including service, cleaning, and repairs Maintain quality control throughout the sales and prep process Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Liaise with customers throughout the buying process Ensure listings are accurate, compelling, and consistently up to date

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence Aged 25 or over (due to insurance restrictions) Previous experience in used car sales (minimum 2 years preferred) Confident and engaging on camera Strong attention to detail and high personal standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Good organisational and time management abilities Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools

Desirable:

Experience with vehicle photography and online listing platforms Knowledge of basic car maintenance and preparation standards
