Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Coordinator/Controller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting sales operations, and ensuring all used car stock, registration documents, service records and keys are managed correctly. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for organisation and a strong customer service ethos to contribute to our company's growth. The role involves working closely with various departments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the preparation of sales documentation, car preparation and site maintenance to provide a high standard of customer service. Candidates should possess a good understanding of the motor-trade, and associated documentation with a passion for detail.

Responsibilities



Manage and update vehicle records, including booking vehicles, documentation and keys into site and on our administration system Dragon 2000. Conduct weekly stock, document and key audits Maintain the sales pitch layout and car location Assist in preparing sales documentation Manage site fuel allocation Assist with delivering/collecting cars from external garages/workshops Organise logistics for car deliveries Provide high standard of customer service

Experience



Proven experience in a similar role Experience in motor trade Understanding of car sales processes Knowledge and ability to assist with site maintenance Ability to assist with vehicle maintenance Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Outstanding customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions
