Job Description

The User Engagement (UE) Lead is a dual role split between providing analysis as an Agile Business Analyst and
leading our UE team. CABI's mission improves people's lives worldwide by providing information and applying expertise to solve problems in agriculture and the environment. CABI has a diverse range of digital products to deliver on this mission. The UE Team provide business analysis and user experience (UX) skills to help define and create these solutions. The team works on existing and new products across multiple business units, usually following an Agile methodology. The team collaborates with experienced engineers, and product owners to create elegant, effective and efficient products. As lead, this role promotes, supports and develops the UE team to ensure the team is best placed to aid the business. As an analyst, they gather, understand and communicate requirements for our technology-based projects to ensure they meet the needs of our customers and donors.
