Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning and iteration of TikTok Shop user products, including but not limited to: Live, PDP, reviews, transaction flow, promotion, and other modules. Focus on user needs and competitor products, continuously monitor product data and user feedback, deeply consider business development issues, and continuously iterate. Communicate and collaborate across departments to promote high-quality team work and achieve project goals.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in computer science, business analytics, mathematics, or statistics. Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and proactively develop short, medium, and long-term plans for execution. Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently. Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify issues, facilitate communication between teams, and effectively manage resources. Well-developed interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for user products. Bonus: working experience in Ecommerce Platform or other Social-media Platform is preferred. Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
