Our Weekend User Support Greenlands Team is seeking a weekend User Support Analyst to provide first and second-line desktop and application support for computing and audio-visual technology at the beautiful Henley Business School Greenlands campus, part of the University of Reading, located by the River Thames in the Chiltern Hills AONB countryside.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to investigate hardware problems, and provide remote assistance and support at the desk side, supporting staff, students and delegates. You will also play a vital role in supporting Henley Business School\'s calendar of events, including supporting the use of Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Blackboard Collaborate Ultra events, and Hybrid events throughout the day.

As a weekend User Support Analyst at the Greenlands campus, you will provide advice on DTS\' supported systems, licensed software, email, applications, printing, hotel IPTV, networking and Microsoft Teams. Additionally, you will help maintain installation and maintenance procedures and standards, propose and help to develop service improvements, and feedback on any processes or services where improvements can be made.

To succeed in this role, you must be pro-active, customer-focused, able to provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors of the Henley Business School Greenlands campus. You should also be well-versed in IT hardware and software, able to troubleshoot and fix hardware/software computer faults, deal with installations, and assist with the disposal of old and faulty equipment as required and in line with University policies.
