Role Purpose:

As a Front of House Assistant / Usher, you will help create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for participants, supporting the smooth running of the day, and ensuring comfort, safety and engagement from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist participants and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Support registration, orientation and general enquiries Help with setting of cast, props and participant flow Monitor participant comfort, safety and wellbeing during their visit Liaise with delivery and operations teams to keep the day on schedule Maintain the appearance and orderliness of front?of?house and participant areas Represent ATT's values of professionalism, inclusivity, and care

Hours & Contract:

Casual / Freelance basis Shift times typically 07:45 - 17:15 (half?day or full?day) Monthly rota offering flexible scheduling - number of shifts depends on demand

Person Specification:

Essential:

Friendly, confident and approachable demeanour Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, with strong attention to detail Team?player in a fast?paced environment Commitment to participant safety and comfort

Desirable:

Previous experience in front?of?house, hospitality or events roles Interest in learning, behavioural safety or immersive experiences
