The Team





A&M's Tax practice is a leading provider of tax advisory and compliance services in both the UK and US, delivering cross-border tax advice to our clients. You will join a team of high-achieving tax professionals benefiting from personal coaching and mentoring from our senior leaders with years of experience obtained in the Big Four, Industry and/or HMRC.

How you will contribute





Throughout the 3-year programme, successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in UK/US tax advice and reporting for high net worth individuals and their associated business and trust structures, allowing individuals to gain a better understanding of the various tax compliance and advisory paths open to them on successful qualification.





We will support you through your training to become both an Enrolled Agent (EA), Member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and from your first day in the office you will be involved in providing commercial and practical tax advice to our clients and expanding your own knowledge and skillsets.

Qualifications





Eligibility to work in the UK A 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree A-level (or equivalent) grades of ABB or above Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level), with database skills considered advantageous Relevant work experience is preferred, but not a necessity Evidence of non-academic achievements (let us know what you do outside of your studies) Business-level English language is a pre-requisite, and proficiency in any other languages is considered a bonus.
