Our Essex office is home to a dynamic team, and we're looking for an experienced Utility Surveyor to play a key role in delivering high-quality utility mapping and detection services. We continually invest in the latest technology, including Raptor GPR array and EML, as well as industry standard software like AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities:-

Conduct utility detection surveys using GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) and EML (Electromagnetic Locators), independently and part of a team. Record and interpret survey data to PAS128 standards using tailored software suites. Manage projects independently, ensuring quality control and timely delivery. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to meet survey requirements. Maintain, calibrate, and manage survey equipment. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Requirements :-

Minimum 1 years' experience to apply as a Utility Surveyor. Proficient in processing utility surveys and producing detailed CAD drawings. Strong knowledge of Leica total stations, Trimble, Geomax and Leica GNSS. Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence. Must be willing to travel to CM4 0NX for office work Work predominantly in the Southeast but the successful candidate must be willing to travel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must have the right to work in the UK. Must be enthusiastic, decisive and be able to work on their own and within a team.
