Job Description

Working Pattern : Permanent / Full Time / Flexible Hours

Your role as multi utility project manager will be to manage the customer journey from the acceptance of quotation to delivery on site. Completing applications and guiding the project through the application process to full approval with the network operators while keeping the SEC Ltd management team and customers updated with progress made, before handing over to our construction team for installation on site.

Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Managing the customer journey from start to finish including; gathering relevant information for submission to local council highways and networks, ensuring the customer is aware of requirements and timescales involved for gaining full approval for construction.

Report in weekly management meetings on the progress of applications. Work closely with the team to plan and program works ensuring customers are kept aware of any changes.

Supporting both customers and delivery teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

What do I need?



Good business and technical knowledge of the Utility market, experience preferred but not essential as training can be given in the process' required to take projects through the application process to construction.

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficient organisation skills and a strength in developing and nurturing positive working relationships.

The ability to work in a close-knit team and be responsive to changing customer needs.

IT literate being comfortable with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel & office 365.

Pay: 25,500.00-35,500.00 per year
