UX Content Designer

who thrives at the intersection of language, design, and user experience. You'll craft content that empowers users to navigate with ease--using words, visual aids, and strategic structures to create journeys that just make sense.


In this role, your content won't just inform--it will transform how people understand and interact.

What You'll Be Doing:



Design intuitive, human-centred content

for digital interfaces, help tools, structured documents, microcopy, and system messaging.

Collaborate cross-functionally

with designers, developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to align content with technical functionality and user needs.

Simplify complexity

by translating technical language into accessible, task-focused guidance that builds trust and reduces friction.

Create visual content aids

, including flow diagrams, process maps, and infographics, to support users across their journey.

Shape content strategy and information architecture

, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment with product design systems.

Uphold accessibility and brand standards

, ensuring all content complies with WCAG guidelines and reflects the right tone of voice.

Continuously iterate

using content audits, A/B testing, and user research insights.

Champion user empathy

, bringing a content-first perspective to every stage of design.

Stakeholder Engagement:



Bridge gaps between disciplines

, helping cross-functional teams see the full user journey and how content supports it.

Facilitate content workshops and reviews

, guiding stakeholders through content choices and rationale.

Influence through insight

, communicating content decisions clearly and diplomatically--especially where trade-offs are required.

What You'll Bring:



Essential:



2+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or technical communication Fluency in human-centred design, accessibility, and content strategy best practices Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and unify diverse priorities around a shared user vision Experience with design tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, Illustrator) Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills Familiarity with design systems and structured content models

Desirable:



Experience working with SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or technical B2B environments Background in information architecture, onboarding journeys, or instructional design Ability to code-switch effectively between technical and non-technical audiences
