The Role

You'll be the bridge between "good enough" and "wow." Starting with our current product, you'll identify UX pain points, refine user journeys, and bring coherence and beauty to what's live. Once you've steadied the foundation, you'll move fast into designing new workflows for our AI and data benchmarking features, helping financial firms see, trust, and act on insights at speed.





You'll collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and compliance specialists who know the domain but rely on you to make it intuitive.

Key Responsibilities

Audit, refine, and standardise the current UX across the Cosegic Portal. Conduct user interviews and translate feedback into clear design improvements. Map user journeys and streamline key workflows for clarity and speed. Design new interfaces for AI automation, risk scoring, and benchmarking dashboards. Create Figma wireframes, prototypes, and design system updates. Work closely with developers to ensure viable, high-quality implementation. Advocate for UX thinking in a fast-moving, product-first environment.

Key Skills & Experience

2-4 years' UX experience in SaaS, data-heavy, or B2B tools (RegTech or FinTech a bonus). Confidence in information design, visual hierarchy, and workflow mapping. Experience with Figma, design systems, and quick prototyping. A bias for action, comfortable improving existing UX while building new things. Curiosity about AI-driven design, automation, and data visualisation. A scrappy, resourceful mindset, you like shipping progress, not perfection.

This is a full-time, permanent role worked Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis. There's flexibility to work fully remotely if preferred, with occasional office attendance when required by the business.
