UX Designer

A team dedicated to creating exceptional digital experiences are currently seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer for an exciting opportunity within the field of User Experience. As a UX Designer you will have the chance to shape digital experiences that captivate and inspire diverse audiences, working with a team of passionate professionals.

UX Designer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of skilled UX consultants, occasionally leading projects and mentoring others.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, validate stakeholder input, conduct user testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize and review user requirements, considering complex audience types, business objectives, and various factors.
• Plan and facilitate impactful workshops, translating insights into materials that enhance project UX.
• Apply renowned User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies and industry frameworks, guided by senior management.
• Take ownership of specific work areas, including planning, risk identification, and regular reporting to the project manager.
• Design compelling online consumer experiences that drive measurable business results.

UX Designer Requirements:

• GDS Experience
• Excellent knowledge of UX methodologies and best practices, including research, persona creation, needs analysis, site maps, taxonomies, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in relevant software packages, such as Sketch, Framer, Just in Mind, Adobe Creative Suite, and more.
• Eligble for SC Clearance .
• Demonstrated willingness to embrace industry-leading practices.
• Strong understanding of accessibility compliance, SEO, social media integration, personalization, responsive design, assisted digital solutions, search optimization, ecommerce, online customer service, and related areas.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Test & Target, and other relevant software.
• Preferably experienced in Agile development environments and Lean UX approaches.
