Sales and Distribution Technology is responsible for servicing the needs of all Sales across IED and FID. Additionally, some areas within the organization also service other business units such as Research, Finance, IWM and IBD. There are 4 business objectives: 1. Optimize sales distribution channels, client relationship management and sales workflows, 2. Predictive analytics and commission analytics 3. create synergies across ISG sales and research 5. enhance client sales and profitability.
