About the role
------------------
Join UCL's growing Experience Design team and help shape a new era of user-centred digital services. As a UX Researcher, you'll plan and conduct research, prototype and test ideas, and translate insights into meaningful change for over 50,000 students and staff. Working closely with colleagues and guided by the Senior UX Researcher, you'll also champion the use of toolkits and evidence-based approaches that influence how teams across UCL design and deliver. About You

Experience helping an organisation continually assure, improve and innovate their practices to generate clear and valuable findings
Experience working in an agile team
Experience presenting to a wide range of audiences
Experience with a range of prototyping tools Exposure to a range of publishing and app platforms
Experience leading a formal community of practice to help an organisation continually assure, improve and innovate their user research
Qualification or relevant experience in any of the following: computer science, design, human-centred interaction, psychology, research methods, web design and development
