Chartwell Controls Limited is an independent Building Energy Management System (BeMS) specialist contractor who deliver a range of Mechanical/Electrical Projects to a varied Client Base. Due to continued growth Chartwell are looking to employ on a 1-year maternity cover contract, an Accounts Payable Assistant to work within our Administration team in Westerham on a part time basis of 20 hours per week.
The successful applicants' duties will include but not be limited to:
Processing Supplier Invoices & Statements
Purchase Ledger processing
Expense claims checking & processing
General admin duties as required
Liaising with suppliers
Essential Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.
Preferred but not Essential - AX Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to work alone from time to time using your own initiative when required.
Good people & organisation skills with an eye for detail
Accounts experience
Please note: Training will be offered to the right applicant where necessary
