Position Overview




Our commercial business is continuously evolving to enable us to align the needs of our customers with the commercial opportunities we are working towards within the next 5 years. The Vaccines & Public Health Marketing Associate role will be a critical component of a diverse team that adapts to evolving market and business demands to create campaigns and materials that deliver defined customer and population experiences, across our vaccines portfolio.


Working with cross functional colleagues, the team align marketing principles with public health objectives to deliver measurable population health outcomes and reduce health inequalities.

Activities and Priorities:




Activities and priorities are developed on a quarterly basis to allow greater flexible delivery on our business objectives. This offers our marketing team more opportunity to gain experience and share learnings across a variety of Vaccines & Public Health business unit activities. This will include supporting the creation and delivery of operational plans and campaigns with the aim of delivering value for priority vaccine brands, our business and our customers.

Support the development and execution of multi and omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery against strong Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Objective Key Results (OKRs) with regular review and tracking of performance via analytical tools and dashboards Management of promotional and non-promotional assets through Veeva Promomats Contribute to our agile planning process to develop campaigns and tactics, utilising a segmented customer engagement approach, specific customer journeys and engagement plans, that drive exceptional customer experiences and behaviour change with key customer groups. Manage agency relationships in the design, development and execution of assets, ensuring timely delivery within scope Work with agile principles to support the development team's effective operation Work with and deliver against promotional budgets, identifying early any potential under/overspend and flag with budget holder

Key Capabilities for the role include:

Ability to generate and analyse a variety of data sources, including feedback and insights to better understand the value we can deliver to our HCP, patient and population communities Understanding and application of test and learn approaches in the development and iteration of materials that drive behaviour change and deliver return on investment Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and agencies
Creativity and innovation in campaign design, using strong attention to detail to develop personalised content and tailored messaging for a variety of engagement tactics.
Proficiency in digital channels, social media platforms and emerging technologies Compliance and ethical marketing, ensuring all activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards
Customer first mindset, seeking opportunities to deliver exceptional customer experiences
