The Parking Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of parking facilities. Duties

Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles. Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Direct traffic as needed to optimise vehicle flow and minimise congestion. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the parking facility. Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. Assist in the management of lost keys or vehicles, ensuring prompt resolution. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for minor vehicle troubleshooting. Experience in driving various types of vehicles, including vans and flatbed lorries. Familiarity with warehouse operations can be an advantage in managing vehicle logistics. A valid driver's licence is essential for operating commercial vehicles as required. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
