Valeter & Team Leader

to join our team and lead our valeting operations.

The Role:

As Valeter & Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards, while also managing a small team of valeters. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership with operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the valeting team Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to showroom standards Manage workflow and allocate tasks efficiently Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Liaise with sales, service and rental departments to coordinate vehicle preparation Train and mentor new team members Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in vehicle valeting (essential) Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Full UK driving licence (essential) A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit
