Overview

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Valeter to join our team. This role involves managing Vehicle cleans in a busy car sales as well as logistics. The ideal candidate will be a good driver, organised, approachable, and capable of handling various Valeting tasks in a professional manner. Previous experience in valeting, mechanics and the car industry would be highly advantageous. This paid position offers an opportunity to work in a busy environment where you will be expected to work as a team to undertake various task within the motor industry setting .

Duties

Valeting vehicles to a retail standard Doing basic PDI checks on vehicles to ensure they are satisfactory for sale Balancing work loads to keep up with demand Maintaining cleanliness of parking facilities, including litter collection and light janitorial tasks occasionally collecting and dropping cars to local partners and customers. Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the relevant department promptly Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations during daily operations

Experience

Previous experience in The motor industry is highly advantageous Previous proven experience of valeting is essential. Driving experience with a valid licence is Essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Basic understanding of mechanics is desirable Excellent communication skills to assist visitors courteously and professionally Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism
