Job Purpose

The Valetor / Driver is responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned, presented, and transported safely and professionally. This role supports the smooth operation of the bodyshop by maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness, assisting with vehicle movements, and providing a reliable collection and delivery service.

Key Responsibilities Valeting & Vehicle Preparation

Clean and valet vehicles to a high standard prior to customer handover Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors Carry out basic quality checks to ensure vehicles are presentable and free from damage Maintain cleanliness of the valeting area and equipment

Driving & Vehicle Movements

Collect and deliver customer vehicles in a safe and courteous manner Drive vehicles between sites, suppliers and dealerships as required Ensure vehicles are securely parked and stored on-site Carry out pre- and post-drive vehicle condition checks

General Workshop Support

Assist with moving vehicles around the workshop and yard Support technicians and management with general duties as required Report any damage, defects, or issues immediately to management

Health & Safety & Compliance

Adhere to all health & safety policies and procedures Drive in accordance with road traffic laws and company policies Ensure cleanliness and safe handling of cleaning products and equipment

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

Full, clean UK driving licence Previous valeting or driving experience Good attention to detail and pride in work Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Desirable

Experience working in a bodyshop, dealership, or automotive environment Customer-facing experience Basic knowledge of vehicle types and controls

Working Hours & Conditions

Full-time Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch unpaid Workshop and road-based role Use of company equipment and vehicles
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,397.00-28,000.00 per year
