Alley Cat Car & Van Rentals Sawbridgeworth are currently recruiting for a Full Time

Permanent

Team member to join our Valeting Department. The role is responsible for valeting, delivering and completing hire vehicle inspections at pick up and return for each rental.

This role is varied and does require a can do attitude due to no day being the same. We hire over 230 vehicles and have over a dozen different groups of vehicles from small cars, vans to 17 seater minibuses.

You will be required to work in different weather conditions as the role is predominantly outside. We can offer additional licence training too.

All training will be given.

Main Responsibilities are:

Valeting and inspection of all vehicle types to a high rental industry standard. Delivery and Collection of vehicles to various client locations and branch transfers. Keeping the wash bay and wash facilities in a tidy and organised manor. Working with the front desk to ensure a smooth rotation of clean and ready vehicles inline with customer demands. Providing good customer service through Check In & Out of vehicles.

Essential Requirements:

Full valid UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 points Driving for more than 2 years is preferred. Previous customer service experience desirable. Able to manage your own work load on occasion. Polite, Friendly and keen work attitude required.
