Job Description
We are looking for a
Valeting & Service Wash Supervisor
to lead our valeting department and ensure every vehicle -- from service washes to full valets -- leaves our site in immaculate condition.What You'll Be Doing
Supervising and organising a team of 4 valeters/detailers. Being
hands-on
-- supporting with service washes, valeting and detailing. Planning daily workloads to ensureservice washes are completed on time
and to a high standard. Allocating full valets, sales prep, and customer bookings efficiently. Carrying outquality control checks
on all vehicles before handover. Working closely withSales, Aftersales and Service Managers
and liaising with technicians.What We're Looking For
Previous experience in
valeting, detailing, or car wash operations
. Experience supervising or managing a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. A passion for excellent presentation and high standards of finish.
