HOURS OF WORK:

Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm (with half an hour unpaid lunch break)

SALARY RANGE:

40,000 - 42,000 per annum



JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




Micronclean is a rapidly expanding company resulting in significant new equipment investment and new product introduction across all Micronclean sites. The Validation Lead role will be dedicated to ensuring that all new equipment and new product introductions are qualified/validated effectively resulting in consistently high-quality products, and to be responsible for the continuous improvement of current processes.

Subject Matter Expert for validation providing guidance to the quality, engineering and operations departments for all stages of qualification and validation to include URS generation, IQ, OQ and PQ activities across all Micronclean sites. Quality oversight of the Micronclean equipment qualification and process validation programmes Continuous improvement of the Micronclean qualification and validation processes and procedures Data trending/analysis and process improvement of current Micronclean processes and procedures, including leading root cause investigation

Knowledge and Skills:




Essential:

Science degree 5 Years Qualification/Validation experience in a GMP manufacturing environment. Experience in Root Cause Investigation techniques and continuous improvement e.g. Lean, 6-sigma or equivalent qualifications/experience. Ability to deliver requirements in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. Full driving license Good communication skills Good Microsoft Office skills Good attention to detail with ability to analyse and present data
