The Opportunity:
This role primarily focuses on loan security and investment valuations, complemented by asset and portfolio valuation work across a variety of commercial properties and residential development sites. The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified and registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme, with a background in commercial valuations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualifications: MRICS-qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer, with proven Red Book valuation experience in a consultancy environment.
• Experience Level: Open to candidates at Senior Surveyor, Associate, or Director level.
