Valuations & Advisory Analyst

Summary






We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our industry-leading Valuations & Advisory team in our London City office, with a focus on Industrials & Logistics.



As an Analyst, you will be supporting the wider team and making a significant contribution to their service offering through the use of data analysis, cash flow modelling and valuation support.



You will work closely with colleagues from the EMEA valuation team; reporting to the head of the team, the role offers wide ranging client exposure and responsibility, together with excellent career prospects.

Core Responsibilities:



Develop and manage financial models. Analyse property data using appropriate tools such as MS Power BI and MS Excel. Responsible for the testing of new models or reports and obtaining sign-off for each deliverable. Prepare supporting documentation and prepare and present analytics reports to a wide range of clients. Ensure high quality and flawless client reports. Work closely with other teams across the network to ensure consistency, develop skills and knowledge base. Support the EMEA Cross Border V&A team with data collection and automation. Identify where technology can be exploited and add value to CW's service.

Knowledge & Experience:



Strong financial modelling skills using MS Excel. Highly numerate with a bachelor's or master's degree in economics / finance or another quantitative subject desirable 2-3 years of relevant work experience Some knowledge or demonstrable interest using analytical software such as MS Power BI. Written communication skills. Must be able to interact with individuals at all levels and different business line in CW. Fluency in English. Other European languages would be a plus.
