The Role

We are seeking a

Valuer / Lister

to join our Residential Sales team. This is a high-impact, high-earning position for someone who consistently delivers results and is hungry for growth. You will:

List and value properties in Southampton and the surrounding area. Demonstrate your ability to generate new business through social media, your network, and personal prospecting. Showcase exceptional client service in every interaction, turning leads into listings and listings into sales. Achieve and exceed listing targets, fee conversions, and sales goals. Work closely with the Sales Manager to grow market share and drive revenue.

Who We're Looking For

Proven top performer

with a minimum of 2 years' experience specifically in appraising properties and listing

Track record of results

: be proud to show us your listing numbers, fee conversions, and completed sales.

Self-starter

: able to maximise opportunities and generate your own business.

Ambitious and driven

: strong work ethic and relentless focus on growth.

Local knowledge

: Southampton area expertise is essential. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary:

35,000 - 40,000 BASIC- experience dependent

Earning Potential:

Demonstrable 75,000+ per year based on last years results Career progression within a fast-growing, award-winning agency NEST pension scheme Working with a collaborative and high-performing team with directors on the shop floor
