Job Description

Webbers Estate Agents are looking to recruit a property advisor/valuer. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and have a driven personality to thrive in the sales environment. Any individual who applies will need to be extremely hard working and want to go the extra mile for the office and their colleagues. They must able to deal with high volumes of calls, viewings, emails, negotiate offers and be affluent in social media.

The role will require exceptional client care skills and initiative to promote pro-actively promote our Webbers and Fine & Country brand which we are aiming to push even more. The role will be varied and require flexibility with both formal and informal training offered to the successful applicant. Salary will be dependent on experience.

The role will consist of:

Weekend work Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure Dealing with general enquiries on the telephone and face to face Generating future opportunities Arranging & accompanying property viewings Negotiating offers Liaising with Vendors & Purchasers Arranging and carrying out market appraisals Building on our excellent customer relationships Providing a first-class service Comfortable using

social media and being on camera

Skills required

Previous Estate Agency and valuing experience preferred A good local working knowledge Ability to work under own initiative and highly driven environments Sound local knowledge an advantage

Good communication skills, listening/verbal IT skills Hardworking/reliable Excellent time-management Must be of smart appearance Attention to detail Flexible Social Media
Training can be given to the right candidate.
