Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a cover driver to cover our 6 daily routes for absence, holiday and new evolving routes.

You will deliver to the customers premises products.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-drop delivery of food products to customer location Provide excellent customer service on every drop Complete daily vehicle checks and follow road safety rules Lift and handle heavy items safely Keep vehicle clean and presentable

Requirements

Valid UK 3.5 tonne van licence Good knowledge driving theory Physically fit for manual handling Strong communication and customer service skills Open to new drivers

Personal Attributes

Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude. Calm under pressure and adaptable during busy trading periods. Enthusiastic about providing excellent service. Self-motivated with good organisational skills.

Working Hours & Environment

Hours may vary due to route, but start times are from 5:30am to 9am Monday to Friday and finishes and has a 44 hour week Start from TFS depot in East Peckham Free on-site parking, staff discount, and company pension scheme
