Van Delivery Driver Day Time Full Time (30 40hours)
Job Description
Permanent delivery driver required for a Commercial Laundry based in Brislington(Bristol) providing laundry services to hotels, B&Bs and weddings venues. We are looking for a reliable competent person to join our growing team.
The work involves collecting and delivering textiles from customers within a 25 mile radius of the factory. Set delivery schedule to regular customers, no multi-drop. Fitness for physical work is essential as laundry is transported in laundry hamper bags which have to be hand-balled into customer premises.
Flexibility is required to help with the varying workload. Minimum 30 hours during quieter January-March. The busy April-December you will be doing closer to 40 hours.
The job is suitable for someone looking for a secure job with a regular routine who is fit enough to carry bags of laundry. There is overtime opportunities in the laundry besides the deliveries.
Schedule............... Monday to Friday (7:00am to 6:00pm)
