The Menu Partners is a diverse food business supplying hotels, pubs and restaurants up and down the UK with whole, prepared, cooked food as well as the best quality ingredients.


We're looking for a reliable 3.5-ton multi-drop Van Driver to be the face of The Menu Partners in London. The ideal candidate must be someone looking to prove themselves in a fast-paced environment. They must not be afraid to dive into the daily challenges of working on the road and this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants join a fast-growing business.


THE ROLE

48 hours per week Early shift start time 8 hour shift 10-12 deliveries per day Manual Vans only*


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Have a passion for the food industry Has great customer service skills and an interest in meeting new people Has ambition to be a key part of a fast-growing team and business Needs to be well organised and have a keen eye for detail Required to be proactive and flexible in their day to day approach A strategic thinker with initiative Possesses excellent time-management skills A desire to be part of a fun, hardworking and growing team Needs be able to work early morning and/or nights if required Able to be flexible with working hours Able to assist/complete other departmental tasks when not driving A manual License

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Following routed deliveries & collections (Monday to Saturday) Being the company's 'eyes and ears' when out on the road and relaying necessary information to the team Representing the company to the highest standard including presentation and communication Maintenance of your company van and daily checks Completing in the necessary daily paperwork

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills both internally and externally Have held a full clean driving license Ability to think 'on your feet' attituded
