Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Multi Dropping parcels to the Location provided, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage heavy lifting as part of the daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Drive a car or van to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload items, ensuring safe handling and adherence to weight limits. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or damages. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role is preferred but not required. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading goods. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. A good understanding of warehouse operations is advantageous.
