Delivery Driver - Immediate Start

Blakeley Profiles are looking for an enthusiastic delivery driver to join our growing team.

The applicant will need to be a team player, highly motivated, a quick thinker with a clear head and excellent attention to detail with a clean UK driving licence.

The position will also include an element of warehouse work outlined below.

Work Activities:

Delivering roofline and rainwater goods on 3.5 ton dropside vans Plan routes Liaise with staff and customers regarding delivery dates and times Picking and packing orders, loading goods for dispatch Booking goods in and out on the company SOP system, printing dispatch notes Keeping vehicles roadworthy and clean

Working Hours and Conditions:

The applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm with an hour's lunch break mid-day.

Holiday of 20 days plus 8 bank holidays are given.

Requirements:

A clean driving licence is imperative, and the applicant will need to speak fluent English, and have basic English, maths and IT skills. As the candidate will be the face of the company, positive mental attitude, exceptional personal hygiene, and a clean & tidy appearance are essential.

A forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential.
