Job Summary

We are seeking an individual to join our small team here in Braintree as a Van Driver and Installer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting and installing our customers goods, safely and efficiently.

Day to day examples of the role:

Delivering flat pack kitchens as well as kitchen appliances to our customers (kitchens are delivery only, the job will NOT require you to fit kitchens) Installation of kitchen appliances (example: washing machines etc) Loading/unloading deliveries Ensuring the vans remain fully stocked and prepared for deliveries On occasion lending a hand in the shop, helping serve customers

Good customer service Well presented and polite Dependable Drivers license required Right to work in the UK Must be able to reliably commute to job location
Please Note - Due to the characteristics of the role, a reasonable level of personal fitness and strength is required to fulfil the job role, e.g. Lifting of kitchen appliances.

Full training will be provided.

Pay -

Starting at 12.30 per hour (reviewed annually), with a probationary period of 3 months.

Hours (full time) -

09:00am - 17:00pm (Mon-Fri) / 09:00am-16:00pm (Sat) 5-Days Per Week 35 Hour Contract (34hrs Worked / 35 hrs Paid - Due to shortening of opening hours on Saturdays) Monday to Saturday (Days off: Sunday and Tuesday) 1-Hour Lunch (unpaid)

Holiday -

28 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays) We are closed on bank holidays (England)
